Due to continued growth, PRG is seeking a Senior Manager, Contracting & Recruitment to lead the organization across the Western States, drive strategy and growth across Contracting and Interim solutions, and enhance operational and commercial performance across major client engagements. This is a senior leadership role within PRG and the broader PRG Executive Leadership Team. Responsibilities
- Leading specialist PRG team(s) across the East Coast, including coaching and developing regional teams
- Driving business development, sales activity, pipeline management and key client negotiations across Contracting Nationally
- Building scalable delivery models to ensure consistency, quality outcomes and reporting
- Overseeing operational governance, compliance, risk and contract execution
- Partnering with Finance on budgeting, forecasting and profitability of project resourcing Qualifications
- Strong business development capability (ideally within contracting / workforce solutions)
- Experience across blue and white‑collar recruitment, ideally within energy, renewables or infrastructure
- A proven track record leading teams across multiple regions and delivering commercial outcomes
- 10+ years leadership experience in recruitment delivery / projects / operations
