Business Development Manager | Logistics & Warehousing – Sydney, NSW.Work from office + client visits. Up to $100K base + bonus + commission. About the Role We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive market expansion across the logistics and warehousing sector in Australia.This role will focus on developing new B2B clients, especially across cross-border e‑commerce, supply chain, 3PL, freight forwarding, and local Chinese business networks. Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities across logistics, warehousing, 3PL, and freight forwarding
- Build and maintain relationships with B2B clients, including cross‑border e‑commerce and supply chain businesses
- Promote integrated warehousing and logistics solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Build a strong client pipeline and convert opportunities into revenue
- Achieve sales targets and support business growth across the Australian market Requirements
- 2–5 years' sales / business development experience
- Must have experience in logistics, supply chain, 3PL, freight forwarding, or warehousing
- Strong client development ability and proven sales track record
- Existing client resources or local business network highly preferred
- Robust communication skills in Mandarin and English
- Highly results‑driven and comfortable working towards KPIs
- Australian PR / Citizen preferred; valid working rights required What's on Offer
