Role Overview Epicurean presents Sydney with a luxurious and elevated buffet dining experience, celebrating a variety of cuisines crafted from the freshest seasonal produce, with dishes thoughtfully curated to inspire guests to create their own unique taste journey. We’re currently seeking a full‑time Chef de Partie with hotel experience to join our vibrant Epicurean kitchen team. Responsibilities
- Lead by example and inspire a collaborative, respectful kitchen culture.
- Support Senior Chefs in daily food preparation and service, maintaining consistently high standards.
- Contribute to achieving daily financial targets through effective and mindful operations.
- Uphold health, safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and inclusive workplace. Qualifications
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with a team‑first mindset.
