Due to work demands they are needing an enthusiastic AP/AR Officer to assist on a part time basis for a 3 month+ period. The Position
- Processing Accounts Payable freight invoices (70%)
- Processing Accounts Receivable invoices (30%)
- Creation and maintenance of Access database
- SAP Accrual reporting
- Checking for GST and Non-GST on invoices
- Investigation, following up, and escalation when required
- Provide customer reporting
- Liaise internally and externally to resolve outstanding issues
- Knowledge of Access will be an advantage
- Experience processing freight invoices
- Intermediate Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
- Self-motivated approach to work with attention to detail
- Proven experience managing high volume transactions
- Excellent customer service skills
- Problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to work autonomously within a large team workplace
