Joining Perpetual's Chief Risk Office (CRO), you'll play a key role in design and implementation of enterprise level risk and compliance activity across Perpetual Group. The role offers broad exposure across regulatory change, compliance monitoring, issues management and licence obligations, while working closely with experienced leaders who will support your ongoing development.In this role, you will work collaboratively with the business to implement key elements of the Risk & Compliance Framework, including but not limited to:* Supporting regulatory change activities, including identifying and analysing legal and regulatory developments and assisting with business implementation* Assisting with the maintenance and enhancement of risk and compliance policies, compliance plans and related documentation* Supporting compliance monitoring activities and follow‐up actions* Assisting with issues management, including preparation of regulatory submissions* Assist in reporting to committees and boards in relation to enterprise level compliance activities* Assist with regulatory audit programs and compliance validation and certification processes* Oversight of enterprise (corporate) level conflicts management activities and the gifts register to monitor employees compliance with policies* Oversight of Australian Financial Services Licence variations and appointment and removal of Responsible Managers**About you** You'll bring a strong foundation in risk and compliance within financial services, along with a collaborative and detail‐oriented approach.
