- 6+ years of Java development (Java 8 or above) experience in the Australian market.
- Strong experience in Spring Framework, Hibernate, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- SaaS or insurance industry experience essential.
- Excellent communication and people skills – you’ll be mentoring juniors and collaborating with clients and other external stakeholders.
- Someone who is intelligent, proactive, and up-to-date with modern Java practices.
