We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Demand Planning & Replenishment Lead, APAC to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing, maintaining, and continuously improving demand forecasts and inventory plans across the APAC region. This role acts as a key link between Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations, ensuring demand signals are accurately translated into supply plans. The position plays a critical role in facilitating Demand S&OP; processes, delivering actionable demand insights, and maintaining optimal inventory levels across 3PL networks. Success in this role requires strong analytical capability, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to proactively identify risks and opportunities within the demand and supply planning process. What You’ll Do: Demand Planning & Forecasting Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for Jack Links and 3PLs sites in collaboration with Sales teams. Partner with Sales to understand forecast assumptions, promotional activity, customer trends, and pipeline risks. Analyse historical demand patterns and market intelligence to improve forecast accuracy and reduce bias. Manage demand signals within ERP/planning systems to ensure alignment with supply planning. S&OP; Facilitation & Demand Governance Facilitate Demand S&OP; meetings to ensure alignment between Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations. Prepare and present demand performance insights, risks, and action plans. Coordinate inputs for monthly S&OP; cycles, ensuring data integrity and timely submissions. Document meeting outcomes, track actions, and drive accountability across stakeholders. Demand & Inventory Performance Reporting Develop and maintain demand KPI reporting including:
- Inventory coverage (Weeks of Supply)
- Excess and at-risk stock Provide insights and recommendations to improve demand quality and inventory outcomes. Communicate supply risks, demand changes, and mitigation plans to stakeholders. Identify trends, root causes of forecast variance, and corrective actions. Inventory & Replenishment Planning Manage inventory forecasts and replenishment plans across Jack Links factories and 3PL warehouses in Australia and Current Zealand. Monitor stock levels to ensure optimal balance between service performance and inventory investment. Create and manage intercompany purchase and sales orders to support market supply requirements. Optimise intercompany container cargo to determine the best volume fit for order production. Perform export shipment verification and documentation validation. Manage domestic stock transfers and support reconciliation between ERP and 3PL systems. What You’ll Bring to the Table: Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline. 2–5+ years’ experience in production planning and/or scheduling within manufacturing or FMCG. Experience working with ERP systems (Business Central desirable). Practical experience using ERP/MRP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Pronto, or similar). High proficiency in Excel and reporting tools. Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic production environment. Clear and confident communicator across shopfloor and office-based teams.
