- Discounted private health insurance Where You'll Be Working Prince of Wales Hospital and Community Health Service (POWH) is a Level 6 tertiary referral hospital with an inpatient bed base of 370. We care for more than 70,000 patients in our Emergency Department each year and provide around 50,000 admissions to inpatient units. POWH offers outpatient services and rural outreach, delivering more than 900,000 occasions of non‑admitted patient care annually, including cutting-edge virtual models of care. The majority of inpatient units have moved to the Acute Services Building, which houses a state‑of‑the‑art Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit. Job Purpose and Primary Responsibilities The purpose of this position is to provide day‑to‑day supervision of front‑of‑office and reception administrative staff at POWH Cancer Services. In collaboration with the Administration Manager, you will coordinate administrative systems and procedures to enable the Cancer Services to achieve objectives in a timely, reliable and productive manner.

- Ensure operations are timely, reliable and productive. Required Skills and Experience Answer the following questions to demonstrate your experience:
- Describe your experience managing a busy administrative and reception environment with competing priorities, including how you organised workflow, managed resources, used relevant software systems, and ensured high‑quality customer service.
- Tell us about a time when you supervised or supported staff to achieve work objectives. Explain how you allocated tasks, monitored performance, provided coaching or guidance, and maintained effective teamwork.
- Provide an example of when you identified a workplace issue or process improvement opportunity and took the initiative to address it. Outline the problem, the actions you took, how you communicated with others involved, and the outcome achieved.
