Join a high-productivity dynamic team that is leading meaningful change in the care and support sector. About the Role Senior Analyst, Data & Insights – 12-month fixed-term contract at Mable. As a Senior Analyst you will use data and analytical techniques to identify and understand business and product challenges, communicate insights to multiple business stakeholders, partner with cross-functional teams, and develop recommendations and prototypes to solve these challenges. Responsibilities
- Structure approaches to business problems and use data and analysis to understand and solve them.
- Lead exploratory analysis to identify trends and insights and verify hypotheses.
- Identify with data not only what is happening, but why it is happening and what it means.
- Create dashboards to track business metrics and performance.
- Analyze results of split tests to determine which new product features or operational processes are effective.
- Communicate analysis, insights and recommendations to non-technical audiences, both verbally and in written form.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, UX designers and other stakeholders.
- Develop and test rapid prototypes for data science services, collaborating with Data Engineers to develop a final product.
- Outline data implications for new product features.
- Ensure that all data analysis adheres to Mable privacy and security policies. Qualifications
- 3+ years of data analysis experience developing actionable insights.
- Experience using Tableau or another data visualisation tool to create dashboards.
- Ability to communicate insights and technical concepts to a non-technical audience, both verbally and in written form.
- Initiative and ownership to deliver work with autonomy.
- Collaboration skills to partner effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Solutions mindset of natural curiosity and robust motivation to solve problems, no matter how complicated or ambiguous.
- Comfort with ambiguity, a fast-paced environment, and rapid business growth.
