Job Overview Lead Solution Architect (Guidewire ClaimCenter) in Sydney CBD Office, hybrid mode – 3 days in office, 2 days work from home. Initial 12‑month day‑rate contract, high likelihood of extensions. Role paying $1150–$1200 plus super per day. Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate solution design discussions and support the company’s IT enterprise architecture roadmap.
- Contribute to a multi‑year program of work and deliver IT solutions that align with the enterprise architecture team’s strategy.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure project scope and designs are aligned.
- Provide high‑level solution designs and technical leadership to third‑party service suppliers and vendors.
- Work closely with enterprise architecture teams, delivery teams and IT vendors.
- Define, develop, and deliver IT solutions in alignment with the enterprise architecture roadmap. Qualifications and Experience
- Extensive experience in architecting modern and legacy solutions.
- Strong experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter.
- Guidewire integration experience (e.g., Mulesoft or other systems).
- Experience leading teams and driving end‑to‑end digital solutions.
- Excellent design documentation skills.
- Experience working with third‑party service suppliers/vendors.
- Strong ability to influence decisions and negotiate solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working in a large‑scale organisation and in a change environment.
- Strong understanding of risk management and risk management frameworks.
- Excellent prioritisation skills with the proven ability to achieve deadlines.
- Nice to have: Guidewire Autopilot, Guidewire Predict, Guidewire Jutro experience.
