About the Role ELEK is building world‑class electrical engineering software used in 50+ countries and we’re looking for an engineer who can help us explain, teach, and communicate complex power system concepts at a high level. This is not a traditional design role. You’ll work at the intersection of:
- Electrical power engineering
- AI‑first workflows (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)
- Technical education and content
- Product and customer understanding You will:
- Learn our software and underlying engineering deeply
- Break down complex calculations into transparent explanations
- Write high‑quality technical articles
- Create exceptional presentations and webinar content
- Produce technical videos (screen recordings, explainers)
- Use AI to significantly amplify your output
- Work directly with the CEO and senior engineers We’re looking for someone who:
- Has ~1–3 years of power systems experience (or robust fundamentals)
- Writes clearly and thinks in structured ways
- Has robust presentation and visual communication skills
- Takes initiative and builds things without being asked
- Is highly fluent with AI tools especially Claude
- Enjoys teaching and explaining engineering concepts This role is designed to grow into a leadership position (Head of Technical Content).
