About the Role Refresco Australia is seeking an experienced senior SAP Manufacturing Support specialist to provide first‑line support across SAP PP, QM, MM and Plant Maintenance processes. This role is critical in supporting shop‑floor operations, manufacturing integrations, and ensuring minimal production disruption. Key Responsibilities
- Supporting process orders and production confirmations
- Supporting quality management processes
- Maintaining and supporting plant maintenance master data and processes
- Maintaining and supporting materials management master data
- Supporting shop‑floor interfaces and manufacturing integrations
- Supporting tablets and handheld devices used in manufacturing
- Assisting with manufacturing data accuracy and costing alignment About You You are an experienced SAP Manufacturing Support professional with robust expertise across SAP PP and a solid understanding of end‑to‑end manufacturing processes. You are comfortable supporting live shop‑floor environments, responding quickly to production issues, and ensuring accurate manufacturing data and costing outcomes through SAP. Key Requirements
- 10+ years SAP experience with a strong focus on Production Planning (PP)
- Proven experience supporting process orders, confirmations and quality processes
- Experience with plant maintenance and materials master data
- Experience supporting shop‑floor systems, interfaces and handheld devices
- Strong understanding of manufacturing data, costs and variances
- Exposure to FICO and logistics processes
- Experience working in fast‑paced, operational support environments
