Your New Role Our Finance & Accounting team are trusted advisors who create and protect value every day. The finance & accounting graduate program is a 2-year program with 2 x 12-months home base roles and 2-3 micro-experiences per year. From strategy and enterprise services to finance business partnering roles. The F&A; team span the entire business and are pivotal to the success of Westpac Group. We view our Finance & Accounting graduates as our future leaders What the Finance & Accounting Graduate Program will offer you?

- To be in your final year of study of a university degree, or
- You can have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, but it must be no more than three years ago.
