Strategy Analyst - Finance (Sydney) (City of Sydney)

Excellent entry role into strategy execution. Support execution of value‑add finance transformation initiatives. The Opportunity My client is a highly established founder‑led property group with a proven investment strategy and operations nationally. This newly created role exists to support their burgeoning hospitality business, which has seen multiples of growth in recent years.
- Support wide-ranging business improvements projects in driving operational and commercial excellence.
- Manage and contribute to future business strategy and planning.
- Work with data and create financial models for business cases (pricing, tenders), capex and valuation purposes.
- Conduct market analysis and contribute to business strategy, and assist in evidence‑based decision‑making.
- Assist in developing project management tools, such as budgets and KPI reports, to track performance and progress. About you
- Strong academic track record and tertiary qualifications in a related field (Finance, Economics, Engineering).
- 2–5 years of experience with demonstrated skills in analysis, financial or data modelling, dashboard building, business cases and/or project management.
