They are now seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to take a key leadership role across these complex, multi‑storey projects. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day‑to‑day electrical installation activities across residential and commercial high‑rise projects
- Coordinate and lead site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality delivery
- Interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation to drive installation accuracy
- Manage programming of works in alignment with project schedules and key milestones
- Conduct site inspections, QA checks, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards Key Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on residential apartment projects (100–200+ units preferred)
- Strong background working on multi‑storey building services projects (residential and/or hotel experience highly regarded)
- Solid understanding of electrical installation practices, coordination, and sequencing on large‑scale sites
- Ability to lead and manage teams and subcontractors effectively in a fast‑paced environment
