Solutions Delivery Consultant (Sydney) (City of Sydney)

We are looking for a Solutions Delivery Lead who can bring clarity, structure, and momentum to complex digital delivery. Someone who thrives at the intersection of delivery governance, technical alignment, and stakeholder leadership, and who can guide teams toward outcomes that matter. What you'll be doing
- Lead end-to-end delivery across digital, data, and platform initiatives
- Facilitate discovery, shaping, and early-stage alignment with business and technical stakeholders
- Translate technical detail into clear, actionable decisions for non-technical audiences
- Manage scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multi-team environments
- Work closely with architects and engineering leads to validate feasibility and align delivery to guardrails
- Support commercial processes including SoWs, estimates, and change control
- Build trusted relationships with clients and guide them through ambiguity Background
- Technical literacy across cloud platforms, APIs, integration patterns, microservices, and SDLC
- Solid delivery governance experience across complex software initiatives
- Ability to influence without authority and bring alignment across competing groups
- Technical literacy across up-to-date software delivery, cloud, and integration patterns
- Experience facilitating workshops, shaping delivery approaches, and managing stakeholders
- Calm, structured communication style and a bias for clarity
