EXOLT is a boutique EMS studio with several locations, delivering personalised, efficient and results‑driven training. Our clients value quality coaching, genuine care and a calm, premium environment, and we’re looking for a trainer who brings that same energy. What You’ll Be Doing
- Coaching 1:1 and small‑group EMS training sessions
- Running body scans, measurements and progress tracking
- Tailoring sessions to suit each client’s goals
- Creating a warm, supportive client experience every shift
- Keeping the studio tidy, welcoming and ready to go
- Helping new clients feel confident and guiding them into memberships (no pushy sales) What You Bring
- A warm, confident presence that elevates the client experience
- Solid coaching skills with clear cueing and the ability to adjust sessions instantly
- Comfort working with a range of ages, abilities and postural considerations
- A thoughtful, relationship‑driven approach to client care
- Reliability, professionalism and pride in delivering consistently high‑quality sessions
- Curiosity and willingness to learn EMS technology
- Genuine commitment to client progress and long‑term wellbeing Qualifications
- Certificate III and/or IV in Fitness OR
- Studying or completed: Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy or similar Why You’ll Love Working With US
