Working closely with experienced chefs, you will prepare, cook and plate menu items to perfection, maintaining immaculate workstations and upholding the highest hygiene and safety standards. With a proactive can‑do attitude and dedication to excellence, you will support seamless, timely in‑room service and contribute to a collaborative, high‑end environment where every detail enhances the guest experience. Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and plate menu items to perfection in a high‑volume, fine‑dining kitchen.
- Maintain clean, well‑organized workstations and adhere to all hygiene, food safety and HACCP standards.
- Support seamless, timely in‑room service and collaborate with senior chefs to deliver luxury dining experiences.
- Adapt to a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays. Qualifications
- Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent culinary qualification.
- Hands‑on experience in high‑end or fine dining kitchens.
- Strong culinary creativity and attention to detail, capable of crafting dishes that reflect elegance and sophistication.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure in a rapid‑paced environment.
- Proactive, motivated and fully committed to delivering exceptional guest service.
