- Coordinate daily warehouse operations (receiving, storing, dispatching).
- Manage accessory inventory, stock levels, and replenishment.
- Oversee accessory fitment scheduling and coordination with workshop teams.
- Handle warranty claims processing, documentation, and follow‑up with suppliers.
- Liaise with service and sales teams to ensure timely accessory fitment and claim resolution.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Support month‑end processes and reporting requirements. What We’re Looking For
- Experience in warehouse automotive, dealership, OEM, or aftersales/parts environments.
- Solid organisational and coordination skills.
