Insurance (Strata) - Associate Sydney (City of Sydney)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Associate or junior Senior Associate to join our busy Sydney, Insurance (Strata) practice. Mutual trust and respect are at the heart of everything we do. The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate to join our Sydney Insurance team. This role will see you acting for insurers in strata insurance related litigation. Responsibilities will include the following:
- Reviewing files and preparing advices;
- Communicating with clients both in writing and verbally;
- Preparing court documents, including statements of evidence;
- Drafting correspondence and communicating with other practitioners;
- Appearing before the Local Court; Who We Are Looking For You will have between 3-5 years of experience within litigation. The ideal candidate will have a professional approach and excellent communication skills, with a client service focus. You will have the ability to prioritise tasks, display initiative, and have good attention to detail and a proven history of meeting deadlines.
