- Lead the design and delivery of multiple health projects or large, complex healthcare interiors from briefing through to completion
- Act as a senior design and delivery leader within the Health sector, contributing to sector strategy and studio leadership
- Collaborate closely with Design Leaders and Project‑in‑Charge to develop concepts, guide documentation and maintain design intent
- Manage project performance across programme, budget, quality and risk, proactively identifying and escalating issues
- Build trusted relationships with health clients, clinicians and stakeholders, contributing to ongoing and future opportunities
- Lead, mentor and develop team members, supporting performance, wellbeing and capability growth
- Contribute to broader studio and practice initiatives, helping shape culture, quality and continuous improvement About You You’re an experienced interior designer who understands the demands of complex healthcare environments and enjoys balancing design leadership, delivery accountability and people leadership. You bring clarity, confidence and collaboration to the way you work.
- Significant experience delivering interior design projects within the health sector, such as hospitals, clinical facilities or specialist healthcare environments
- Strong design and documentation capability across all project stages, with the ability to translate complex requirements into explicit, high‑quality built outcomes
- Proven experience leading project teams, mentoring designers and supporting performance and professional development
- Confidence managing clients and stakeholders, with the ability to build trusted, long‑term relationships in healthcare contexts
- Well‑developed technical knowledge, including materials, construction methodologies, healthcare standards and regulatory requirements
- Highly organised with strong project management skills and a proactive approach to risk, coordination and problem‑solving
- A collaborative, values‑led mindset aligned with a design‑led studio culture — you may bring deep healthcare expertise or a broader leadership focus, and we’re open to both Employee Benefits
