- Full-time Job Description We are looking for aConsultantorSenior Consultant(2-5 years’ experience),tosupport the key analytical, dashboard reportingdevelopmentand digital transformationactivities performed by theAdvisoryData & Digitalconsultingteam for our clients, including: The development of key client data insightsused to drive enhanced portfolio, program,and projectperformance and managementreports The construction of project management dashboardshighlighting performance across schedule, cost, risk, health and safety and commercial metrics Create interactive dashboards and reports for review and analytical interrogation Deploying enhanced data management frameworks with clients and managing increased levels of data competency acrossorganisationsand infrastructure projects Working with clients to develop digital strategies tosupportorganisationalchange and decision making Developingstrategicreportsand recommendations focusing onenterpriseand project managementsystems Conduct data and digital workshops toidentifydata sources, capture reportingrequirementsand diagnose digitaland data workflows This role is not just a technicaldata science or data engineering, but aclient facingdata consulting role where you will be workingand interactingdirectlywith clients to buildcreativedashboarding solutions, dataproductsand digitalstrategies. Development of key insights reports based upon analytical findings, creating conceptual data maps and data schemas, andusing statisticsand metricsto interpret data Development of key client financial reports and scenario analytics used in Business Case Development Providinghands on PMOsupport through the management of programs and coordinating key data entry required for delivery and financial reporting Assistingwith data and digitaldiagnostics findingsreports and recommendation papers. Identifyingimprovement or efficiency opportunitieswithin existing processesacross our clients. Translating client data and digital strategy into transparent action plans that make a tangible difference and leading performance improvement initiatives Oversight and management of system deployments with vendors, including implementation planning, ensuring the production of the detailed project plan. Development of small-scale applications which candeployedto clients, or for internal use. Qualifications Qualifications& Experience A degree in one of the following: Business, Economics, Mathematics, Commerce, Engineering,Maths. A minimum of2+years’professional experience in one of the following fields: management consulting, businessanalysis, ordata and digital transformation. Good understanding of business improvement approaches including business process engineering, system development, changemanagementand other relevant techniques. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong dashboard design and creative reporting skills. Enthusiastic, ability to work autonomously and strong problem solvingand consultingskills. Knowledge of construction and capital project management activities Strong stakeholder managementand project management capabilityworking in teams across multiple clients. Skills & Capabilities Data management and analytical skills -Utilising technical data extraction, data transformation and data load and ingestion skills handling large data sets to create custom data tables for analytics purposes Consulting and advisory skills-Ability to deliver collaborative project work along with generating, presenting, and communicating findings to both internal and client stakeholders Project management– Ability to manage deadlines, track project progress, report on status, capture and escalare risks and effectively useagile project management softwareto manage deliverables Technical data skills and systems:
- SQL (Basic)
- Python,R (Basic)
- PowerApps,Power Automate (Basic)
- Google BigQuery, Google Looker (Basic – preferred but not necessary)
