The Scots Rose Bay Early Childhood Educator supports the strategic direction of The Scots College by providing assistance to EYC teachers, where necessary, in all areas of class/pupil learning and management. Qualifications
- Certificate III Qualification in Early Childhood Education
- Experience with 3 and 4 year old children
- Understanding of Reggio Emilia philosophy
- Passionate about actively engaging in students play and learning
- Propensity to recognise the value and uniqueness of each individual within the College community
- Skilled and personal integrity
- Being flexible and open to change
- Being proactive and innovative
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and experience working in teams
- Experience in developing Reggio reflective classroom pedagogies and practice
- Solid administrative skills with the ability to be well managed in workflow. Fit in
