- Oversee and engage in comprehensive consulting projects, from detecting growth opportunities to deploying AI‑driven solutions that enhance the customer journey.
- Forge strong partnerships with stakeholders to craft go‑to‑market models, refine commercial performance, and achieve concrete business results.
- Collaborate seamlessly with strategists, technologists, and experience specialists to realise cutting‑edge, data‑driven solutions.
- Convert insights and analytics into practical recommendations for enhancing customer journeys and unlocking sustainable value. What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience in customer, commercial, or front‑office transformation—including strategy, design, execution, or enablement.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the capacity to influence and distil complex concepts into clear insights.
- Proficiency in utilising data, technology, or digital tools to address customer and commercial challenges, even without deep technical expertise.
- Flexibility and solid problem‑solving skills to adeptly handle client uncertainties and energetic project environments.
