Senior Associate, Banking & Finance - Securitisation (City …, City of Sydney

Overview You'll be a part of our Banking & Finance team and work with lawyers across all of our offices. Working closely with our Partners and the wider team, you will gain exposure to the most complex and engaging transactions in the market. Role As a Senior Associate with a specialism in securitisation, you will work on:
- Public and private securitisations (RMBS, ABS, CMBS, trade receivables, whole‑business), including warehousing
- Securitisation like structured finance solutions (such as loan on loan and other back leverage products)
- Drafting and negotiating bespoke and complex transaction documentation

- Experience in a leading Banking & Finance practice, with strong exposure to securitisation, structured finance, derivatives, or similarly complex financing structures
- The ability to run matters independently, manage transaction timelines and progress deals
- Confidence advising clients directly and working closely with partners and other senior stakeholders
- An interest in building a long‑term specialism in structured finance within a top‑tier environment
