- Client‑lead for a portfolio of financial services clients – big banks & financial organisations.
- Quantitative research – dig into syndicated and customised consumer survey data sets to generate insights that meet the strategic priorities.
- Report and present – bring the data to life with strategic reports, presentations and dashboards that illuminate findings and provide direction to complex business questions.
- Build your FS research skills – build your pedigree as an expert across categories banking, insurance, wealth, credit and superannuation. Qualifications We’re looking for an ambitious, smart, and dedicated consultant with both strong technical research skills and impeccable client servicing skills to champion a really important relationship.
- c3 + years’ experience in agency or clientside market research
- A natural confidence dealing with stakeholders and building rapport with people
- Ideally knowledge of Financial Services but not essential if you’re keen to learn
- Experience conducting quantitative analysis using Q, SPSS or Excel.
