This growing organisation is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to own high-impact, new business growth across the ANZ enterprise market. This role is perfect for a relationship-first hunter who can navigate enterprise complexity, influence Microsoft field teams, and position EUC and virtual desktop innovation in a way that wins trust and drives urgency. This isn’t about high volume. It’s about high value. You’ll be responsible for:
- Developing deep, strategic relationships across large enterprise accounts
- Driving complex, consultative sales cycles with CXO engagement
- Collaborating closely with Microsoft and channel partners to co-sell solutions
- Owning pipeline, forecasting, and execution across the full sales motion
- Bringing market feedback to shape GTM strategy in a dynamic, fast-scaling team You’ll bring:
- ✅ 10+ years of enterprise SaaS or VDI/EUC sales success in ANZ
- ✅ Proven co-selling experience with Microsoft (Azure, Contemporary Work, W365)
- ✅ Strong command of value-based selling, pipeline discipline, and stakeholder mapping
- ✅ Ability to build internal alignment and win externally
- ✅ A commercial mindset, with integrity and urgency baked in
- Selling in partnership with Microsoft sales teams
- Strong virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and end-user computing (EUC) knowledge
- Prior experience in fast-growth, cloud-native software environments What’s on offer:
