- An environment where collaboration and innovation are encouraged The Role We are currently seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join our Rail & Metro team in North Sydney. You will work closely with our specialists to deliver major transport infrastructure projects locally and nationally. The successful candidate will have experience in rail CSR, drainage, or civil works design. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver CSR, drainage, and civil works design for major projects
- Provide support and proactively collaborate with team members and stakeholders to maintain quality, timeliness and coordination of project deliverables
- Provide expert advice and demonstrating advanced technical skills, ensuring that analysis and design tasks undertaken meet appropriate technical standards and the requirements of the client and SMEC
- Demonstrate a good level of project management skills while accomplishing project deliverables to the required standard and in a timely manner
- Contribute to the commercial success of projects and the team, and support business development initiatives About You
- Degree qualified – Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering or similar)
- 5+ years’ experience in rail CSR, drainage, or civil works design
- Strong proficiency in Civil 3D/12D, AutoCAD, and DRAINS software
- Solid understanding of relevant Australian codes and standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills What We Offer
