- Client Support Associate As a Client Support Associate, you’ll become an expert on the platform and be the first point of contact for clients – responding to enquiries, troubleshooting issues and ensuring every interaction leaves people feeling supported. You’ll sit within the Client Success team, working closely with product, marketing and sales to improve the customer experience at every touchpoint. The pathway into a Client Success Manager role is clear and proven, and they’re looking for someone who wants to grow into it. Role Responsibilities
- Client Support Associate
- Responding to client emails and calls promptly and professionally
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Creating client‑facing materials including guides and training videos
- Delivering basic platform training and supporting demos and onboarding sessions
- Acting as the voice of the client internally – feeding back to product and contributing to testing and new feature rollouts Role Requirements
- Client Support Associate
- Any experience in a customer‑facing or administrative role
- Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑moving startup environment
- A clear, confident communicator – written and verbal
- Genuinely curious about technology
- Detail‑oriented and professional, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
