We're seeking a hands‑on Chef Manager to lead our hospitality team within our architecturally designed 68‑bed aged care residence located in the beautiful coastal town of Port Macquarie, NSW. - Lead, motivate, and support a team of Cooks, Kitchen Hands, and Food Service Assistants
- Prepare high‑quality meals and snacks tailored to residents' dietary needs and preferences

- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families, gathering feedback to continuously enhance the dining experience
- Manage stock levels and ordering within budget

- A qualified Chef with a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Proven experience leading kitchen operations—aged care experience highly regarded
- Strong understanding of special dietary requirements and modified meals

- Willingness to obtain an NDIS Clearance Check Applicants must have the right to work in Australia; relocation support and visa sponsorship may be considered for the right applicant.
