Salon Lane is recruiting for a agile Retail Operations Coordinator. The role would suit a dynamic, organised retail skilled professional with an eye for detail and a passion for all things hair and beauty. Hours: 30 per week. Days: Monday – Thursday. Location: St Leonards, Bondi Junction, and Surry Hills. About the Role Work directly with the Retail Growth Manager to support retail operations and maximise retail product sales by creating a premium and exceptional retail experience for our members’ clients and walk‑in consumers.
- Manage and co‑ordinate day‑to‑day set up and back‑of‑house tasks for our 3 Sydney sites, and collaborate with the Member Experience team to maintain efficient retail processes and stock levels across all sites.
- Receive and manage incoming product orders.
- Implement impactful visual merchandising and update regularly according to the promotional calendar.
- Monitor store and salon consumable usage to ensure adequate supply.
- Support the planning, organisation, and execution of retail store openings and events.
- Perform and complete additional projects, duties, and assignments as required.
