About the Role This is a senior, commercially focused position suited to a high‑performing BDM who thrives on winning current business, building strong client relationships and delivering results. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building a strong pipeline, and converting opportunities into secured projects across civil infrastructure and construction markets. This role requires a proactive, results‑driven approach with a robust focus on pipeline management, client engagement, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business revenue growth across infrastructure, construction, renewable energy and data centre sectors
- Identify, pursue, and secure opportunities in civil infrastructure projects
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and convert opportunities into awarded work
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong and active sales pipeline, including accurate forecasting
- Establish and grow relationships with key stakeholders including contractors, developers, engineers, and asset owners
- Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Prepare and manage quotes, tenders, and commercial proposals with a focus on profitability and win rates
- Work closely with internal teams (operations, engineering, production) to ensure commercially successful project delivery
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, long‑term agreements and strategic partnerships
- Monitor market trends, including growth within the renewables sector, to inform business strategy
- Represent the business professionally across all client and industry interactions Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) requirements
- Promote a strong safety culture across all client and site interactions
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
- Identify and report hazards, risks, and incidents promptly About You
- Proven experience in business development, sales, and account management
- Demonstrated success in generating pipeline, winning work, and closing deals
- Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, margins, and contract negotiation
- Solid operational understanding of project delivery, manufacturing and construction processes
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, resilient, and target‑driven mindset
