In the Recruitment Internship Program, you'll receive exposure to the entire cycle of the recruitment process while working alongside some of the most successful recruitment professionals in the industry. - Resume & telephone screening
- Candidate interviews
- Creating candidate profiles
- Reference checking
- Performing police checks & working rights checks

- Ensuring the business is compliant
- Exposure to industry‑leading recruitment software Ideally, you will be available for a minimum of 2 days a week; however, we can accommodate more if you are interested. There will be a total of 150 contact hours completed in our internship program, and all training will be provided.
