Your New Role Cloud technology is at the heart of innovation at Westpac, enabling security, automation, AI-driven solutions, and cloud-native applications. Our team works across the full scope of cloud architecture, ensuring resilient, high-performance platforms that drive transformation. This program graduates hands‑on training, including globally recognised certifications, while gaining exposure to cloud security, automation, Data & AI, cloud-native apps, and platform engineering. It’s an unparalleled opportunity to build in-depth expertise across diverse domains. Over 12 months, you’ll be embedded in our Cloud & Infrastructure teams, developing skills in software engineering, cloud automation, platform optimisation, and security. After six months, you’ll rotate into another area within the cloud space, ensuring broad exposure across multiple disciplines. As a Cloud Graduate, you’ll be supported by experienced engineers, architects, and leaders who are committed to your development. You’ll also be part of a strong graduate network, providing opportunities to collaborate, take on technical challenges, and expand your expertise in cutting‑edge cloud technologies.
