What You Will Do You will break down complex problems into discrete tasks, identifying key aspects and directing the focus of junior consultants. You will plan and execute analysis, identify core issues, and craft suitable recommendations. You will work side by side with clients and your project team members to move projects forward and manage small teams to achieve deliverables. Clients and colleagues look to Associates for unique insight into the subject area you have chosen. What You Will Bring
- At least 4–8 years of relevant financial services experience, ideally with a top‑tier strategy consulting firm or in an industry strategy department.
- In‑depth knowledge of the sector, either from industry experience or other consultancy work.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, able to conduct sophisticated analyses, identify trends, draw conclusions, and present recommendations.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings.
- Willingness to travel.
- Initiative and a desire to learn new skills and apply existing ones.
- Creativity and the ability to generate novel ideas to solve clients’ biggest problems.
