This role sits close to the CEO and Board. It combines financial leadership, operational oversight and growth exposure. You’ll still need to be hands-on. You bring Senior Leadership Experience in Residential Aged Care (essential). CA or CPA qualification. You communicate clearly, listen well, and know how to influence without ego. Exposure to capital works, redevelopment or M&A.; You work well with different styles. You value collaboration and take pride in doing things properly. Reporting to the CEO, you will: Lead and strengthen financial and operational performance Bring clear financial insight, analysis and risk judgement to executive and Board decisions Support growth initiatives, including acquisition readiness and financial due diligence Improve systems, reporting and ways of working Build trusted relationships across the organisation, staying close to the work and the people it serves Lead a small finance team and work closely with outsourced service partners across non‑clinical operations WHAT MAKES THIS ORGANISATION ONE YOU'D WANT TO WORK FOR?
