Lawyer / Associate / Senior Associate – Workplace Relations …, City of Sydney

We are currently working with a leading national law firm seeking to grow its highly regarded Workplace Relations practice. Opportunities are available at the Lawyer, Associate, and Senior Associate level. This role offers exposure to a broad range of employment and industrial relations matters within a high-performing and collaborative team. You will work with a diverse client base across both the public and private sectors on complex and often high-profile matters. About the Role You will be involved in a wide variety of workplace relations matters, including:
- Employment disputes and litigation
- Industrial relations and enterprise bargaining
- Workplace investigations
- Regulatory and compliance advice
- Work health and safety matters
- General employment advisory work Depending on your level of experience, you will have the opportunity to manage matters, contribute to strategic advice, and work closely with senior stakeholders and clients. Key Requirements We are interested in candidates with:
- Experience in employment law and workplace relations (PQE levels versatile, ideally 3+ PAE)
- Exposure to industrial relations and/or work health and safety (desirable)li>
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
