Your Impact
- Ensure optimal performance and availability of automated warehouse assets across electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to minimise downtime and maintain operational continuity
- Lead and support corrective maintenance, system modifications, and performance improvement initiatives
- Provide technical leadership during system outages and emergency escalations
- Analyse asset performance data to improve maintenance strategies, spares holdings, and system reliability
- Support Root Cause Analysis activities and contribute to long‑term service and maintenance planning
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with OH&S; standards and CMMS reporting requirements What makes you a great fit?
- Qualification (degree, diploma, or certificate) in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering field (preferred)
- Proven experience working with automated systems and strong electro‑mechanical fault‑finding skills
- Proficiency with CMMS, WMS, WCS, and industry‑related software
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data and drive improvement outcomes
