Manager, Global Web Production (City of Sydney)

Overview The APAC Global Web Production Manager (GWPM) leads the coordination, planning, and execution of adobe.com projects across the Asia Pacific region, ensuring alignment with Adobe's strategy and business objectives. Leading the APAC production team, the GWPM ensures projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard, through effective management of schedules, resources and risks. Responsibilities
- Partner with the Director of Global Web Production to support revenue growth across international sites
- Lead, mentor, and grow a distributed team of web producers and specialists
- Develop and embed an AI-first approach to web production, driving team proficiency in AI tools, agentic workflows, and emerging tech
- Run agile delivery, including sprints, ceremonies, and continuous improvement of ways of working across cross-functional business and implementation partners
- Own process and quality improvements, gathering input from the wider Marketing team to remove blockers and streamline workflows
- Manage team budget, expenses, and operational administration Requirements
- 5+ years managing web production or web project delivery in a complex, global environment, including multiple successful global site launches
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and agentic workflows, with a track record of embedding them into production
- Strong command of agile and sprint-based delivery (Scrum certification a plus)
- Experience with web content management systems; working knowledge of Jira and AEM desirable
- Proven leader who builds credibility with teams and senior collaborators, and influences outcomes across functions
- Sharp prioritization, problem-solving, and decision-making under pressure
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
