The Role We are seeking a passionate animal health Business Account Manager to join our Australian sales team on a permanent basis and support an assigned territory across SouthWestSydney, SouthCoast, and the ACT. The role focuses on building and maintaining successful relationships with veterinarians and clinic owners, leveraging existing and new products and services to support the animal health industry. Responsibilities
- Analyse sales information and market data to identify potential business growth.
- Develop mutually beneficial business relationships with potential customers, providing presentations that demonstrate our value proposition.
- Support existing customers to maximise their business opportunities through genuine consultation and identify opportunities to engage with sales and marketing initiatives and our value‑add services.
- Provide an excellent customer experience through regular contact, strong follow‑through on requests and commitments, and collaborate with other Covetrus employees to ensure a seamless experience. About You
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth through leveraging new and existing business.
- Passion for the animal health industry and the ability to use data to drive better outcomes for customers.
- Demonstrated ability to build lasting, value‑add relationships within the animal health and/or agriculture industry.
- Current driver’s licence and ability to travel as required.
- Previous sales experience in the veterinarian or agriculture industry (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, animal sciences, business or similar (desired). Why Join Us?
