- 3 Month Initial Contract About The Role Feedwell is one of Australia's fastest growing corporate catering companies. We supply fresh food daily to Google, Amazon, Canva, Louis Vuitton and dozens of other major brands, and we're scaling our kitchen leadership team to keep pace. We need a contract recruiter to find mid-management hospitality talent: Chefs de Partie, Sous Chefs, and 2IC kitchen supervisors capable of leading high-volume corporate catering production. These candidates are hard to find. They are not browsing SEEK. You'll need to go and get them. This is a three month contract, 25 to 38 hours per week (versatile for the right person), based in our Sydney CBD office. Predominantly onsite. What You'll Actually Do

- Build target lists of mid-career chefs working in production kitchens, contract catering, high-volume venues, hotels, and adjacent sectors.
- Network on LinkedIn and through other passive channels to identify chefs who aren't actively looking.
- Run outreach campaigns that convert cold contacts into warm conversations.
- Manage your pipeline from initial outreach through to handover for screening.

This is a hunting role. We're already running job boards. We need someone who can find the people the boards don't reach. Who This Role Suits You have demonstrable, extensive experience sourcing hospitality talent at mid-management level. Chefs, not casuals. You're highly proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other passive sourcing methods. You've placed chefs into hard to fill roles where job boards failed. The chefs we're hunting are mid-career, ambitious, and see leadership, standards, and operational improvement as the upgrade. They're a minority of the market, and finding them is the job. You understand that selling Feedwell is different. We're not a hatted restaurant or a luxury hotel. We're a corporate catering business at scale with menu development, process improvement, and standards uplift as live, ongoing work. Why This Role
