- Proactively identify and engage new financial advice firms aligned to OFX’s high‑net‑worth client profile
- Conduct consistent outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn and strategic networking activity
- Build relationships with advisers, managing partners and key decision‑makers across advice firms
- Maintain strong prospecting discipline and consistently grow the adviser partnership pipeline Adviser Engagement & Activation
- Educate advisers on OFX’s value proposition and common client FX use cases
- Conduct adviser meetings and presentations designed to increase adviser awareness and referral readiness within firms
- Work with key adviser stakeholders to broaden engagement across adviser teams and offices
- Support early‑stage referral activation prior to transition to Account Management Pipeline & Territory Management
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records, forecasting and activity management
- Manage multiple adviser opportunities and long‑cycle partnership conversations simultaneously
- Balance outbound acquisition activity with activation and expansion priorities across existing prospect firms
- Maintain consistent follow‑through and momentum across the pipeline Handoff & Collaboration
- Partner closely with Account Management to ensure smooth onboarding and transition of activated referral partners
- Collaborate with SDRs, Marketing and leadership to improve acquisition strategies and adviser engagement initiatives
- Support webinars, events and educational initiatives that assist adviser acquisition and referral growth What Success Looks Like Within 6 Months
- Confidently engaging advisers and advice firms in consultative conversations
- Building a consistent pipeline of new adviser opportunities
- Delivering adviser presentations and educational meetings independently
- Demonstrating strong organisational discipline, coachability and commercial judgment
- Building a strong portfolio of newly acquired active referring partners
- Generating consistent referral activity from newly onboarded firms Within 12 Months
- Building a strong pipeline of adviser firms across multiple regions and networks
- Successfully activating new referral partners through broad adviser engagement
- Generating growing referral activity from newly onboarded firms
- Demonstrating consistent outbound discipline and commercial execution
- Becoming a trusted and credible presence within the adviser ecosystem while maintaining a strong acquisition focus Qualifications Experience
- 2–5+ years experience in business development, partnerships, sales or relationship management roles
- Financial services or fintech experience preferred but not required
- Experience engaging professional services or adviser‑type audiences highly regarded
- Salesforce or CRM experience preferred Relationship Development
- Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills with the ability to establish credibility quickly with senior professionals
- Comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport with advisers and business owners
- Naturally consultative, professional and commercially aware Communication & Presentation Skills
- Confident verbal and written communicator
- Comfortable presenting to groups, running adviser education sessions and leading professional conversations
- Able to explain complex concepts clearly and build trust through communication Commercial Drive & Discipline

- Highly organised with strong follow‑through and attention to detail
- Able to manage long sales cycles while maintaining momentum across multiple opportunities
