Location: Sydney Contract Type: Permanent We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our agile and fast‑growing Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) team, where you will work on high‑profile client projects and manage a team of Consultants. Responsibilities
- Manager responsibility in the delivery of high profile GRC engagements with many of Australia’s most iconic organisations.
- Client relationship management.
- Management and development of Consultants within the team.
- Assist with practice and engagement management. Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience working in a consulting environment
- Experience working across the regulatory and compliance landscape and operational and conduct risk
- Practical experience with the development of governance and risk management frameworks.
- Sound knowledge of key regulations and regulator expectations including the Corporations Act, ASIC and APRA requirements
- Understanding of how the risk management framework and operating model can support leading organisations deliver business and customer outcomes and the role of automation, analytics and AI in achieving this.
- Experience with large scale remediation, transformation or regulatory change programs, while not essential, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to manage and develop people.
- Familiarity with emerging regulatory requirements and focus areas for risk management including ESG and AI risk management.
