As an Assistant Facilities Manager, you will support the Facilities Management team across a defined Charter Hall Office portfolio in Parramatta. You'll play a key part in ensuring buildings operate smoothly, safely and efficiently while building strong foundations for a long‑term career in FM. Your Responsibilities
- Supporting the day‑to‑day operations of commercial office properties
- Coordinating planned, preventative and reactive maintenance activities
- Attending onsite meetings and organising contractor access
- Conducting regular site inspections and assisting with compliance reporting
- Processing purchase orders, invoices and vendor documentation
- Delivering a high standard of service to tenants
- Maintaining asset registers and associated records
- Building solid working relationships with clients, contractors and building users About You
- Some experience in facilities, property, building operations or a related field is preferred, however we are open to candidates seeking their first step into property or FM.
- An understanding of building services is beneficial.
- Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
