About the Role We’re looking for an Account Manager Owners Corporation to join our Centralised Energy Services team. Centralised Energy Services (CES) delivers embedded energy solutions to residential developments, partnering with Owners Corporations, strata managers and developers to manage energy services across multi‑site portfolios. You will play a pivotal role acquiring new Embedded Network opportunities from existing clients in our NSW portfolio and will manage a portfolio of Origin’s Centralised Energy Services Owners Corporation of Strata buildings. Reporting to the State Sales Manager, this position requires a proactive and strategic approach to maintain and enhance relationships, drive efficiencies and facilitate business growth. This is a full‑time position with a hybrid outside‑and‑inside‑office model and field‑based meetings and events across NSW (including Newcastle and Wollongong). A job‑facility vehicle will be included. Why this role matters?
- Ensures a smooth and reliable contract lifecycle for existing embedded network sites, protecting customer experience and business continuity.
- Supports the growth of Origin’s embedded networks portfolio by identifying and securing new acquisition opportunities.
- Strengthens key partnerships with Owners Corporations, strata and facility managers to drive long‑term value.
- Provides expert guidance on energy contracts and efficiency, helping customers make informed, cost‑effective decisions.
- Expands Origin’s footprint and competitiveness in the evolving energy market. What will you bring?
- Similar experience in an Account Management or Sales role, ideally in Energy, Utilities, Solar, Building Management or Telecommunications.
- Proficiency in information systems and contract management.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Proven time‑management and strategic thinking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- A valid driver’s licence and willingness to attend after‑hours meetings as required. Benefits
