Workforce Planner / Labour Hire Resource Allocator - …, City of Sydney

- Update and maintain blue‑collar workforce rosters.
- Provide administrative support to the Labour Resource Lead to ensure efficient allocation and coordination of skilled labour across NSW construction projects.
- Roster allocation and performance tracking of wage employees.
- Assist with onboarding process for new hires.
- Ensure all required documentation is complete, PPE is prepared, and Verification of Competency (VOC).
- Build solid, trust‑based relationships with the wages workforce.
- Ensure assessments are scheduled in line with client/site requirements.
- Maintain client portals (Avetta, Pegasus, Damstra, RapidGlobal, CMS, Complyflow, MSIC).
- Coordinate site inductions and site‑specific medicals.
- Maintain rostering system.
- Travel and accommodation bookings.
- Assist in maintaining consistency of HammerTech (HSEQ) processes across projects and regions.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date subcontractor, worker, and equipment records.
- Support transfer of subcontractor records between projects where applicable. Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills; confidence and professionalism with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Advanced computer literacy including Microsoft Office.
- Experience with talent pooling, future forecasting, recruitment or mobilisation background.
- Experience with Project Operations including shutdowns would be beneficial.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast‑paced environment and team.
