Mutual trust and respect are at the heart of everything we do. The Role An excellent career opportunity has arisen for a Lawyer (1-3 years’ PQE) to join our Projects & Construction team in Sydney. This opportunity will see you working with leading Partners and several lawyers regarding predominantly front-end transactional construction work. You will assist with drafting and negotiating construction agreements, support procurement processes and project delivery models, and provide advice on contract administration, risk allocation and compliance. You will work closely with other practitioners in the group on major infrastructure and development matters while preparing research, advice notes and project documentation. The work is both challenging and rewarding, and our growing team has a high-performing, inclusive and learning-oriented culture. Who We Are Looking For The successful candidate will have the following:
- Between 1-3 years’ experience from a reputable projects and construction practice group, ideally in front-end work. Experience from in-house roles may also be considered

- Solid drafting skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to mange competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and client service skills
