We’re Looking For A senior commercial finance leader to provide strategic financial leadership, lead a high performing Development Finance team, and partner closely with our Land Lease Communities business to drive disciplined growth and sustainable value creation. What You’ll Do As Senior Commercial Finance Manager, you will be in a highly visible role as a senior leader within the CFO Group, leading the Development Finance team. You will also sit on the Land Lease Development Leadership team partnering with all development functions and owning the commercial outcomes alongside the business. This role exists to provide trusted commercial partnership to executive and state leadership teams, delivering strategic financial insight, performance management, and capital discipline across development, operations, and investment activities. You will be accountable for financial performance outcomes across the portfolio, long term forecasting, ensuring consistent financial governance, robust planning and forecasting, and high-quality reporting to executive, Board, fund and capital partner stakeholders. Through strong people leadership and commercial judgement, you will lift capability and embed a culture of insight, accountability, and no surprises. About You You are a commercially astute finance leader who thrives in complex, capital intensive environments. You enjoy influencing senior stakeholders, leading teams, and using insight to shape strategy and improve business outcomes. Experience & Skills That Count
- CA or CPA qualified
- Strong commercial finance business partnering experience
• Proven leader of finance teams within complex capital, fund or investment structures• Experience in property, infrastructure, funds, or capital intensive asset businesses
