Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries and process sales, both in person and over the phone Answer incoming calls, ensuring they are directed and resolved efficiently Prepare accurate, timely quotes and ensure all follow‑up is completed Enter sales data accurately into the sales management system General administration as required, including management of cash sale payments and pre‑payment of accounts CRM data entry and allocation of credit notes Despatch coordination
