Promo Host – Club Raffles & Promotions St Marys Diggers & Band Club St Marys Diggers & Band Club is seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Promo Host to deliver exceptional member experiences through the coordination and execution of raffles, promotional activities, and member giveaways across our venues. This position plays a key role in creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere while ensuring all promotions are conducted professionally, efficiently, and in line with venue procedures and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate club raffles, promotional draws, and member giveaways
- Engage with members and guests in a friendly, energetic, and professional manner
- Promote venue events, entertainment, gaming promotions, and membership benefits
- Sell raffle tickets and process cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately
- Conduct live raffle draws and promotional announcements using the venue PA system
- Assist with the setup, presentation, and pack down of raffle and promotional areas
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to patron enquiries promptly
- Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG, and venue operational procedures at all times
- Maintain a high standard of presentation and professionalism on shift Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, gaming, promotions, or customer service highly regarded
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and engaging public speaking ability
- Ability to build rapport with members and create a positive customer experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team setting
- Reliable, punctual, and professionally presented Essential Requirements
- Current RSA Competency Card
- Current RCG Competency Card preferred
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
